Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Main Jail Fire Alarm Replacement Project, Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Construction Agreement with Goleta Electric Co. (a local vendor) in the amount of $126,682.00 for the Main Jail Fire Alarm Replacement Project No. J03010, subject to the provisions of the documents and certifications as set forth in the plans and specifications, and as required by California Law; and b) Authorize the Director of General Services to approve change orders in the aggregate amount of 10% of the contract amount.
