Title
Consider recommendations regarding Negotiated Net Amount (NNA) treatment service agreements for Alcohol and Drug Program for the period July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, as follows:
a) Approve and execute a contract with Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (a local vendor) for alcohol and other drug prevention, detoxification and outpatient treatment services in an amount not to exceed $683,900;
b) Approve and execute a contract with Good Samaritan Shelter (a local vendor) for alcohol and drug detoxification, transitional housing, case management and outpatient treatment services in an amount not to exceed $492,800;
c) Approve and execute a contract with Zona Seca (a local vendor) for alcohol and drug outpatient treatment services in an amount not to exceed $376,100.
d) Authorize the Director of Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Services to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, providing that any such amendments or modifications do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total contract value.
