HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS) Unit and Sobering Center (CREDO47) Admissions Report, as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.)
a) Receive and file a presentation on the Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness CSS Unit and Sobering Center census and referring party information; and
b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the action consists of administrative activities of the government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
