Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Professional Services Agreement with the Santa Barbara Alliance for Community Transformation (SBACT) to assist with the 2025 Point-in-Time Count of persons experiencing homelessness, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute a Professional Services Agreement that will provide funding not to exceed $42,500.00 from the State of California Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) funding to Uffizi Order, doing business as SBACT to support the Santa Maria and Santa Barbara County Continuum of Care with the 2025 Point-in-Time Count for the period November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025; and b) Determine the above recommended actions are not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the actions are organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct o...

Consider recommendations regarding a Professional Services Agreement with the Santa Barbara Alliance for Community Transformation (SBACT) to assist with the 2025 Point-in-Time Count of persons experiencing homelessness, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute a Professional Services Agreement that will provide funding not to exceed $42,500.00 from the State of California Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) funding to Uffizi Order, doing business as SBACT to support the Santa Maria and Santa Barbara County Continuum of Care with the 2025 Point-in-Time Count for the period November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025; and
