Title: Consider recommendations regarding California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG)/Wellpath, Department of Behavioral Wellness (BWell), and County Health Department 2025 Annual Reports for Medical Services and Mental Health Services at the Juvenile Justice Center (JJC), as follows: a) Receive and file the 2025 annual reports for medical services with CFMG/Wellpath, mental health clinical treatment services by BWell Juvenile Justice Mental Health Services (JJMHS), and the medical record audits conducted by the County Health Department Correctional Healthcare Team (CHT), for youth detained in the Susan J. Gionfriddo JJC; and b) Determine that the recommended action is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), since the recommended action is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
