Consider recommendations regarding the appointment to the Board of Directors of the California State Association of Counties - Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC-EIA), as follows:
a) Appoint Ray Aromatorio, Risk Manager, to represent the County of Santa Barbara as Director to the Board of Directors of CSAC-EIA; and
b) Appoint Jeff Frapwell, Assistant County Executive Officer, to represent the County of Santa Barbara as Alternate to the Board of Directors of the California State Association of Counties - Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC-EIA).
