Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Transportation Development Act Claim for Fiscal Year 2013/2014, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to file a $2,240,364.00 claim with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for an allocation of Transportation Development Act funds for Fiscal Year 2013/2014; and b) Find that the proposed action(s) do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of CEQA, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making), and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
