Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Resolution approving the Probation Department to enter into an Agreement with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Division of Adult Institutions (CDCR-DAI) for the provision of Pine Grove Youth Conservation Camp (PGYCC) services, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution approving the Probation Department to enter into an Agreement with the CDCR-DAI for the provision of PGYCC services; and b) Determine that the above action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
