Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Laguna County Sanitation District Tertiary Filtration Skid Replacement Project, Board Contract Number SCON-002844, on file in the Public Works Department, for work performed and materials supplied by Cushman Contracting Corporation (a local vendor), in the final amount of $909,620.10, and
