Title: Consider recommendations regarding a contract to provide software maintenance and case management system modules to Probation, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the contract BC 19-085 with AutoMon, LLC to provide software maintenance services and case management system modules for the period June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2026, with a not to exceed amount of $1,406,057.55; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
