Title: Consider recommendations regarding the execution of a Grant Contract Agreement between the County of Santa Barbara and the City of Santa Barbara for Fiscal Year 2011/2012 Arts Commission Programs and Projects, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the City of Santa Barbara for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, for implementation of the Community Arts grant program, Community Events and Festival funding, Organizational Development grants, and staffing costs in the amount of $427,260.00; and b) Approve the Notice of Exemption pursuant to the County’s California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
