Title: Consider recommendations regarding supporting Caltrans Traffic Control Measures on State Route 192 (East Valley Road), and State Route 192 (Foothill Road and Casitas Pass Road), First District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to support the California Department of Transportation in exercising its authority to install "No Parking" signage within State right-of-way on: i) State Route 192 (east Valley Road, Montecito); and ii) State Route 192 (Foothill Road and Casitas Pass Road, Carpinteria); and b) Find that the proposed actions are for the operation and maintenance of an existing public facility, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists, that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c), and approve and direct staff to file the Notice of Exemption on that basis.
