Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Laguna County Sanitation District, Amendment No. 2 to Recycled Water Use Agreement with Santa Maria Public Airport District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Recycled Water Use Agreement with the Santa Maria Public Airport District to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2027; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to the CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities), finding that the action consists of updating the contract term of an existing facility used to provide public utility services with negligible or no expansion of use, and direct the Clerk of the Board to file the CEQA Notice of Exemption.

Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Recycled Water Use Agreement with the Santa Maria Public Airport District to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2027; and
