Title: Consider recommendations regarding completion of preliminary and detailed design for the replacement of Goleta Beach Park Bridge 51C-0158, County Project 862319, Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Quincy Engineering Inc. (Sacramento, California) for completion of Preliminary Design and Detailed Design for the Replacement of Goleta Beach Park Bridge 51C-0158, County Project 862319, at a cost of $500,711.00; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve amendments to the Agreement for supplemental work up to $50,071.00; and c) Find that the proposed action(s) do not constitute a project within the meaning of CEQA, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2), continuing administrative or maintenance activities such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
