Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement between the County of Santa Barbara and the City of Santa Barbara for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 Arts and Culture Services and Programs, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute an agreement with the City of Santa Barbara to receive a grant in the amount of $461,986.00, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, for the County's Office of Arts and Culture (SBCOAC) to implement and administer City arts and grant programs, and to provide related administrative services; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5), because they consist of administrative activities that will not result in a direct or indirect physical change to the environment.
