Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Consent and Agreement for sale-leaseback financing for the Santa Barbara County (SBC) Northern Jail Renewable Energy Project, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Consent and Agreement between the SBC and Wintrust Asset Finance Inc. related to the sale leaseback financing of solar and related improvements serving the Northern Branch Jail; b) Authorize the General Services Director, or designee, to execute any ancillary documents required to complete the Transaction, provided they do not materially deviate from the terms presented; and c) Direct staff to transmit fully executed documents to Wintrust Asset Finance Inc. and SBC Northern Jail Renewable Energy, LLC upon completion.

Title
