Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding Road Vacation/Abandonment Fees and Certificate of Compliance Review Fees, as follows: (EST. TIME: 10 MIN.) a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to collect initial deposits in the amount of $2,000 for road easement vacations, to collect initial deposits of $5,000 for abandoning fee roads or road abandonments involving development projects, and to collect additional fees as required, based on best estimates to complete the projects and authorizing the County Surveyor, or designee, to collect initial deposits in the amount of $1,000 per parcel for Certificates of Compliance and conditional Certificates of Compliance and to collect additional fees as required, based on best estimates to complete certificate processing; b) Adopt a policy regarding fee owned roadways transferred to private parties.
