Title: Consider recommendations regarding the San Jose Creek North Class I Bike Lane (County Project No. 862085) Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with Bengal Engineering, LP (a local vendor) for preliminary engineering services for the period of March 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, in an amount not to exceed $399,840; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve amendments to the agreement for supplemental work up to $20,000.
