Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with The Fund for Santa Barbara (The Fund) to Administer a Sixth Cycle of the Racial Equity Grant Program (Equity Grant), as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Regranting Agreement with The Fund for administration of the County Equity Grant for a total maximum contract amount not to exceed $275,000.00 for the period of October 6, 2026, through June 30, 2028; b) Authorize the Community Services Department Director to renew the Agreement for Fiscal Year 2027-2028 by amending the Agreement to extend the Term of the Agreement through June 30, 2029, and to increase the maximum aggregate contract amount by an additional $275,000.00, subject to continued appropriation of funds, The Fund’s satisfactory performance, and the concurrence of County Counsel, Risk Management, and Auditor-Controller; and c) Determine that the above recommended action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQ...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with The Fund for Santa Barbara (The Fund) to Administer a Sixth Cycle of the Racial Equity Grant Program (Equity Grant), as follows:
