Title: Consider recommendations regarding an amendment to the AIDS Master Grant Agreement that includes enhancements for HIV/AIDS Early Intervention Program, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute an amendment to Agreement 07-65081, with the California Department of Health Services Office of AIDS for the HIV/AIDS Master Grant for the period July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2010 increasing the three-year agreement by $409,650 for a total of $2,589,864, and authorize the Public Health Department Director to approve future amendments to the agreement that do not exceed 10% percent of the dollar amount; and b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute an amendment to professional services agreement BC-08-014 with the Pacific Pride Foundation Inc. Title
Consider recommendations regarding an amendment to the AIDS Master Grant Agreement that includes enhancements for HIV/AIDS Early Intervention Program, as follows:
