Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amending the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a Parking Compliance Program in Isla Vista to Include County Properties at 881, 970 and 976 Embarcadero del Mar, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Amendment to the MOU for a Parking Compliance Program in Isla Vista; b) Authorize the Director of General Services, or designee, to update and revise the exhibit titled "Properties" to the MOU to add or remove County-owned properties within Isla Vista during the term of the MOU, provided such updates are consistent with its terms; and c) Determine that the above actions are organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment and are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
