Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the California Department of Health Care Services Mental Health Performance Contract, Fiscal Years 2018-2021, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Director of the Department of Behavioral Wellness to execute the First Amendment to the $0.00 Performance Contract with the California Department of Health Care Services to modify the terms and conditions as outlined in the original contract No. 18-95274 to include the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SABG), incorporate the SABG County Application by reference, and clarify the Contractor's name for the continued receipt of funds from the Mental Health Services Act, Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness, the Community Mental Health Services Grant, and realignment for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any c...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the California Department of Health Care Services Mental Health Performance Contract, Fiscal Years 2018-2021, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Director of the Department of Behavioral Wellness to execute the First Amendment to the $0.00 Performance Contract with the California Department of Health Care Services to modify the terms and conditions as outlined in the original contract No. 18-95274 to include the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SABG), incorporate the SABG County Application by reference, and clarify the Contractor's name for the continued receipt of funds from the Mental Health Services Act, Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness, the Community Mental Health Services Grant, and realignment for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021; and

 

b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
