Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Professional Services Contract with Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc. (SCS Field Services) for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Telemetry Repairs at the Tajiguas Landfill, Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the professional services agreement with SCS Field Services for SCADA and telemetry repairs in an amount not to exceed $391,922.00; and b) Determine that the proposed SCADA and Telemetry Repairs Project for the Tajiguas Landfill is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CCR 15301 and 15308 and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
