Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 4 with CenCal Health to provide health benefits to qualified in-home caregivers, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with CenCal Health to provide health benefits to qualified in-home caregivers who provide care to customers of the In-Home Supportive Services Program, for a Contract increase of $613,000.00 and extension of two months until February 28, 2014. The total Contract amount will not exceed $2,704,429.00 for the period of January 1, 2013 through February 28, 2014, unless amended or terminated by either party. Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 4 with CenCal Health to provide health benefits to qualified in-home caregivers, as follows:
