Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Statement of Final Quantities for Construction of Norris and Twitchell Streets - Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Improvements Project, County Project No. 862371, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Construction of the Norris and Twitchell Streets - Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Improvements Project, County Project No. 862371, for work performed and materials supplied by Civic Construction Associates (not a local vendor), 801 Walker Ave., Camarillo, CA, 93010, in the amount of $159,415.38; and b) Determine that this project was found by your Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 on April 10, 2014, upon approval of the project, that a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis, and that the completed action is within the scope of that Notice of Exemption.
