Title: Consider recommendations regarding approval of the Santa Barbara County Master Plan for Aging 2025-2030, as follows: a) Approve the Santa Barbara County Master Plan for Aging, 2025-2030, a community-driven strategic plan aimed at transforming the experience of aging and living with disabilities in Santa Barbara County; b) Authorize Supervisors Joan Hartmann and Roy Lee, Co-chairs of the Santa Barbara County Adult and Aging Network, to guide the implementation of the local Master Plan; and c) Determine that the activity is not a "Project" subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
