Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara County Drought Resilience Plan, as follows: a) Receive and file the June 2025 Santa Barbara County Drought Resilience Plan, prepared by Lynker Corporation and GSI Water Solutions; b) Authorize the County Health Director, or designee, to submit the June 2025 Santa Barbara County Drought Resilience Plan to the California State Department of Water Resources as evidence of completion of the County's Drought Resilience Plan in accordance with the County Drought Resilience Planning 2023 Grant Agreement and Water Code section 10609.70(b); and c) Determine that the recommended actions are not a Project within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the actions are organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
