Consider recommendations regarding terms and conditions of employment for unrepresented employees, as follows:
a) Approve the implementation of a 3% wage increase for unrepresented managers, assistant department heads, the Chief Deputy County Counsel, and appointed department heads, effective June 24th, 2013;
b) Adopt the resolutions adjusting the salary bands for leadership classifications and the salary range for the Chief Deputy County Counsel by 3%; and
c) Continue the existing freeze on annual merit-step increases and annual performance-based increases for unrepresented employees.
