Consider recommendations regarding Goleta Valley Library Advisory Commission members recommendation for appointments, Second and Third Districts, as follows:
a) Approve the recommendation of Pilar N. Montes for appointment by the Mayor of the City of Goleta to the Goleta Valley Library Advisory Commission for a term expiring on June 30, 2028 to represent the Unincorporated Library Area;
b) Approve the recommendation of Gabrielle Shulman for appointment by the Mayor of the City of Goleta to the Goleta Valley Library Advisory Commission for a term expiring on June 30, 2027 to represent the Unincorporated Library Area; and
c) Determine that the above-recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5), finding that the actions consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
