Title: HEARING - Consider the Los Padres Sierra Club appeal of the Planning Commission's June 2, 2004 approval of 01CUP-00000-00096 revising the conditional use permit under which the El Capitan Canyon Ranch Campground operates as well as allow for an expansion of the campground's boundaries, construction of new physical improvements, and addition of new uses and activities on a 120 acre project site zoned AG-II-100 (Coastal Zone portion of the subject property) and U, Ordinance 661 (Inland portion of the subject property) on the Gaviota Coast, Third District, as follows: (EST.
