Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Service with the City of Buellton, as follows: a) Approve, authorize and ratify the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement for Service between the County of Santa Barbara and the City of Buellton to include the law enforcement menu item, Non-relief Traffic Deputy for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 for services performed under the Agreement; and b) Determine that the recommended action is not a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
