Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Santa Maria Joint Union High School District Revenue Agreement for Alcohol and Drug Program: Early Intervention Services and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a revenue Agreement with Santa Maria Joint Union High School District, for the provision of Alcohol and Drug Program: Early Intervention Services and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services at District schools, with a projected revenue amount of $46,926.00, for the period of August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026; and b) Determine that the above recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4), finding that the actions are governmental funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
