Title: Consider recommendations regarding design alternatives for modification of road crossings in Quiota Creek, Third District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Supervisors: a) Adopt a Resolution to accept Grant Funds from the California Department of Fish and Game for design alternatives for modification of road crossings in Quiota Creek; b) Authorize the Public Works Director or designee to enter into the Grant Agreement and all other subsequent agreements or amendments to receive grant funding to develop design alternatives for modification of road crossings in Quiota Creek; and Acting as the Board of Directors of the Water Agency: c) Authorize the Chair to execute the Memorandum of Understanding to transfer administrative responsibilities for this project to Cachuma Conservation and Release Board (CCRB) and to provide a mechanism to bill the State for certain CCRB costs under this Grant.
