Consider an application for Proposition 13 Water Use Efficiency Capital Outlay Grant, as follows:
 
a)  Concur with the four grant applications prepared by Water Agency staff for the Regional Water Efficiency Program, as follows:
 
         A grant request in the amount of $556,020 from the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) Proposition 13 Water Use Efficiency Capital Outlay Grant to provide funding for the Santa Barbara County Regional Residential Resource Efficient Clothes Washer Rebate Program;
 
         A grant request in the amount of $406,419 from the DWR Proposition 13 Water Use Efficiency Capital Outlay Grant to provide funding for the Santa Barbara County Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Rebate Program;
 
         A grant request in the amount of $15,000 from the US Bureau of Reclamation Field Service Water Conservation Grant Program to extend the reach of the Santa Barbara County ET Controller Distribution and Installation Program, which currently is funded through a $100,000 grant from CALFED;
 
         A grant request in the amount of $1,721.50 from the US Bureau of Reclamation Field Service Water Conservation Grant Program to provide funding for the printing of the Water Supply Poster for Santa Barbara County;
 
b)  Authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to execute the funding agreements with DWR and USBR, if accepted for funding.
