Title: Consider recommendations regarding new Warnekros Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 25AGP-00012, Fourth District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution creating new Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 25AGP-00012 consisting of 37.09 acres located immediately off the intersection of Highway 246 and Floradale Avenue in the unincorporated area of Lompoc, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 093-090-034; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 25AGP-00012; c) Authorize recordation by the Clerk of the Board; and d) Find that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15317 [Open Space Contracts or Easements].
