Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Specialty Care Designation Revenue Agreement with Lompoc Valley Medical Center, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Lompoc Valley Medical Center for the County to provide oversight and administrative services for an Acute Stroke Center. The Agreement term is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, with the County receiving $12,099.00 each calendar year for a total of $36,297.00; and b) Determine that the above action is not a "Project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline section 15378(b)(4), since the action is a government fiscal activity that does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
