Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health (BEACH) Act, as follows: a) Approve and execute the revenue Agreement between Environmental Health and the California Department of Health Services to implement the BEACH Act for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, in the amount of $25,000; b) Authorize the Public Health Director to approve and execute any contract amendments in an amount not to exceed 10% of total contract.
