Approve and authorize the Chair to execute amendment No 1 to a contract agreement with Child Abuse Listening and Mediation (CALM) (a local non-profit organization) to extend the term and adjust the compensations for the period of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 for the purpose of passing through federal funding for administrative activities performed with respect to Title IV-E eligible children who are either in out-of-home care or reasonable candidates for out-of-home care.
