Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Catalis Courts and Land Records, LLC (previously AutoMon LLC) (Board Contract [BC] No. 19-085) for Case Management System Modules and Software Maintenance for the period of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2030, as follows: a) Approve, authorize, and ratify the Chair to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Service of Independent Contract (BC No. 19-085) with Catalis Courts and Land Records, LLC (previously AutoMon, LLC) for the provision of case management system modules and software maintenance service to amend the party to the Agreement; and extend the term of the Agreement from ending on May 31, 2026 to continue for the period of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2030; and to increase the total maximum contract amount from $1,406,057.55 to $2,370,196.43; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities of funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific pro...

Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Catalis Courts and Land Records, LLC (previously AutoMon LLC) (Board Contract [BC] No. 19-085) for Case Management System Modules and Software Maintenance for the period of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2030, as follows:

 

a) Approve, authorize, and ratify the Chair to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Service of Independent Contract (BC No. 19-085) with Catalis Courts and Land Records, LLC (previously AutoMon, LLC) for the provision of case management system modules and software maintenance service to amend the party to the Agreement; and extend the term of the Agreement from ending on May 31, 2026 to continue for the period of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2030; and to increase the total maximum contract amount from $1,406,057.55 to $2,370,196.43; and

 

b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities of funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
