Title: Consider recommendations regarding Olive Mill Road and San Ysidro Intersection Improvement Projects Memorandum of Understanding, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Memorandum of Understanding for Santa Barbara County Association of Governments to reimburse the City of Santa Barbara and County of Santa Barbara for the environmental and preliminary engineering phase of the Olive Mill and San Ysidro Projects, respectively, in the First Supervisorial District, at a cost not to exceed $708,399.00; and b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making).
