Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Montecito Creek Debris Basin Project, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with MNS Engineers, Inc. for inspection services for the Montecito Creek Debris Basin Project for the period of February 6, 2001 through February 28, 2002, in the amount of $45,750 for a total contract amount not to exceed $186,500; b) Approve increasing the 15% contingency fund from $21,112.50 to $27,975 for additional work that may be necessary to complete the project.
