Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Non-Compete Application for the Public Health Department as a Community Health Center, as follows: a) Receive and file a report (Executive Summary) for a Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) Non-Compete Application for the Public Health Department’s (PHD) Community Health Center (CHC) for Fiscal Year 2012/2013; b) Approve and authorize the Director of the Public Health Department to submit the HRSA Community Health Center Non-Compete Application for Fiscal Year 2012/2013; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
