Title
Consider recommendations regarding an application for US Bureau of Reclamation Field Service Water Conservation Grants and CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grant, as follows:
a) Concur with four grant applications prepared by Water Agency staff for the Regional Water Efficiency Program:
US Bureau of Reclamation Field Service Water Conservation Grant Program, to provide funds for 1) printing of a series of Lodging Industry Conservation brochures and 2) additional printing of the Teacher's Guide to Free Resources;
CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grant Program (California Funds) to purchase Weather TRAK ET Controllers for distribution throughout the County;
CALFED Water Use Efficiency Grant Program (Federal Funds) for a Horizontal Axis Washing Machine rebate program;
b) Authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to execute the funding agreements with the USBR and CALFED, if accepted for funding.
