Consider recommendations regarding parking restrictions on various streets, Second and Third Districts, as follows:
a) Adopt a resolution rescinding Resolutions No. 01-148 and 01-292 which established a no parking zone between 7 A.M. and 3 P.M. on Constellation Road in the Vandenberg area;
b) Adopt a resolution establishing a passenger loading zone from 7 A.M. to 3 P.M. school days only on Constellation Road in the Vandenberg Village area;
c) Adopt a resolution establishing a no parking zone on Constellation Road in the Vandenberg Village area;
d) Adopt a resolution establishing a no parking zone from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. school days only on Jupiter Avenue in the Vandenberg Village area;
e) Adopt a resolution establishing a passenger loading zone from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. school days only on Jupiter Avenue in the Vandenberg Village area;
f) Adopt a resolution rescinding Resolutions No. 86-68 and 06-064 which established a loading zone and a no parking zone respectively on Grand Avenue in the Los Olivos area;
g) Adopt a resolution establishing a no parking zone from 7 to 9 A.M. and 2 to 4 P.M. school days only on Pine Street near Calzada Avenue in the Santa Ynez area, Third District; and
h) Adopt a resolution establishing a no parking zone from 7 to 9 A.M. and 2 to 4 P.M. school days only on Pine Street near Tyndall Street in the Santa Ynez area, Third District; and
i) Adopt a resolution establishing a no parking zone on Calle Real between El Sueno Road and the Santa Barbara City Limits in the Goleta area.
