Title: Consider recommendations regarding construction of Fiscal Year (FY) 2012/2013 North County Repair of Failed Areas, County Project No. 820637, First, Third, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the construction of FY 2012/2013 North County Repair Failed Areas for work performed and materials supplied by Granite Construction Company (a local vendor), P. O. Box 6744, Santa Barbara, California 93160, in the amount of $416,817.42; and b) Determine that the proposed action is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b) (5), as it is an administrative action that will not result in direct or indirect changes to the environment.
