Title: Consider recommendations regarding the 2009 Federal Economic Stimulus Proposed Transportation Project Categories, as follows: a) Approve the Project Categories and Notice of Exemption pursuant to the County's California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines for the proposed projects in preparation for the 2009 Federal Economic Stimulus Package; and b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction bids for the Project Categories as detailed in the Board Letter dated February 17, 2009, in preparation for the 2009 Federal Economic Stimulus Package.
