Title: Consider recommendations regarding a contract with Refujio Rodriguez, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a contractor-on-payroll contract in the amount of $27,820, with Refujio Rodriguez, a local vendor, to provide project management services for the Mental Health Services Act initiative for Santa Barbara County. The contract term is from March 13, 2006 through June 30, 2006; and b) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contract, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract dollar amount.
