Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Cal Poly Early Intervention to Promote Cardiovascular Health of Mothers and Children (ENRICH) study Memorandum of Understanding, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Santa Barbara and the California State University through its campus Cal Poly Corporation, San Luis Obispo to work together to promote and study cardiovascular health among pregnant women and infants in the County of Santa Barbara as part of the National Institute for Health ENRICH program during the period of May 1, 2024 through June 1, 2030 without an exchange of funds; and b) Determine that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the ...

Title
