Title: Consider recommendations regarding Measure A Safe Routes to School Tatum Multi-Use Trail Project, County Project No. 862373, Second District, as follows: a) Approve the Project, Measure A Safe Routes to School Tatum Multi-Use Trail Project; County Project No. 862373; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for bids to construct the Measure A Safe Routes to School Tatum Multi-Use Trail Project; County Project No. 862373; and c) Determine that this project was found by your Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 on June 25, 2013, that a Notice of Exemption (NOE) was filed on that basis, and that the proposed action is within the scope of that NOE.
