Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Ordinance Amending Chapter 17 of the County Code for Mandatory Service in Isla Vista; Second District, as follows: a) Approve the adoption (Second Reading) of "An Ordinance Amending Chapter 17, Solid Waste Services, of the Santa Barbara County Code"; and b) Determine that the above-recommended actions are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under State CEQA Guidelines Sections 15308 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment) and 15321 (Enforcement Actions by Regulatory Agencies) and approve the posting of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
